My Story

My passion for photography comes from my joy of seeing nature's story unfold. Growing up I would spend hours watching animals, plants and the weather. Just observing and taking in those moments of 'the wild' was my passion. It was always my point of rest, my point of contemplation and my point of joy. Photography for me was a natural progression of my passion and love for what I observed.

The art of photography for me is taking that passion of being 'the observer' to these amazing wild stories and capturing them in fantastic light! That combination makes a visual poetry that I feel called to join in and privileged to see through my lens.

This fine art is simply 'something I must do' because this natural world is eager to celebrate and I'm eager to enjoy it.
